UntarX is an integrated digital platform developed by Universitas Tarumanagara to provide convenient access to various campus services in one application. It connects students, staff, tenants, and the university community with features such as events, news, promotions, tenant services, residence booking, registration, and appointment management.
Developed and maintained cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Laravel backend services at Tarumanagara Foundation. Covers database architecture design, high-performance RESTful API endpoints, and feature development for reliable institutional operations.

IT Helpdesk by Ghiya is a multi-company SaaS platform for managing and centralizing IT support operations. It provides a complete ticketing workflow, integrated ticket chat, assignment and progress tracking, notifications, analytics, reporting, audit logs, role-based access control, and organizational management. The platform is designed to help organizations improve IT support efficiency, transparency, and response management.
IT Helpdesk by Ghiya is a modern multi-company SaaS platform designed to centralize and streamline IT support operations within organizations. The platform enables employees to submit IT support requests, while IT teams can efficiently manage, assign, monitor, and resolve those requests through a structured ticketing workflow. Each ticket contains detailed information such as the issue description, priority, attachments, assigned technician, progress timeline, activity history, and resolution status. To improve communication between users and IT personnel, the platform also provides an integrated chat system within each ticket, allowing discussions to remain connected to the relevant support request. The system provides dedicated dashboards and analytics to help IT managers and supervisors monitor support performance, ticket volumes, priorities, response progress, and resolution activities. It also includes notifications, reporting, audit logs, role-based access control, and organizational divisions to ensure that support operations remain structured, transparent, and accountable. As a multi-company SaaS platform, IT Helpdesk by Ghiya is designed to support multiple organizations within a single system while maintaining data isolation between companies. Different user roles—including employees, IT staff, technicians, administrators, division heads, IT managers, and super administrators—can access features according to their respective permissions. The platform is intended for a wide range of organizations, including companies, foundations, universities, hospitals, startups, and other corporate environments that require a centralized IT support system.
